Terms of sale
1. The different stages that follow in the contract (sale/purchase) process:
The procedure for concluding a contract for renting luxury accommodation from La Vista doo consists of the following steps:
Client Inquiry – A client submits an inquiry about accommodation availability via a website, phone call, or email.
Offer – La Vista doo, based on the received inquiry, delivers an offer with detailed rental conditions (duration, price, conditions).
Acceptance of the offer – The client confirms the offer in writing or by paying an advance.
Conclusion of the contract - The contract is considered to have been concluded at the moment when La Vista doo receives the confirmation of advance payment.
Reservation confirmation – After payment, the client receives an accommodation reservation confirmation with detailed information.
2. Payment methods and conditions:
Payment for luxury accommodation rental services is possible in the following ways:
Bank/electronic transfer – payment to the bank account of La Vista doo
Credit/debit cards – Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards are accepted.
Cash payment – exclusively for on-site services according to pre-agreed terms.
Payment terms:
Accommodation reservation is confirmed by advance payment in the amount of 40% of the total price of accommodation.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of using the service.
For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount is paid immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.
3. Description of the method and term of product delivery or service provision:
The accommodation rental service is considered delivered at the moment the client collects the keys to the accommodation at the agreed location.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
The client is obliged to present personal documents upon arrival for records and identity confirmation.
4. Shipping costs:
Since this is an accommodation rental service, delivery costs are not applicable. Any transport costs to the accommodation location are the sole responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Contractual provisions:
The client undertakes to use the accommodation exclusively for the purpose of vacation and to respect the house rules.
Excessive disturbance of peace and order is prohibited (especially at night from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Any damage to the facility or property will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
La Vista doo has the right to cancel the reservation if non-compliance with contractual obligations is determined.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellation 29 to 14 days before arrival: retention of 40% of advance payment.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: retention of the total amount.
6. General terms and conditions as an integral part of the contract:
The general terms and conditions of business of La Vista doo encompass the rules and obligations between the client and the service provider, including:
Protection of client personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Rights and obligations of both parties in the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
Method of resolving disputes arising from the contract – the jurisdiction of the court in the place of residence of La Vista doo is agreed upon.
These terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract and the client confirms them by accepting the offer and paying the advance payment.
7. Statement on known export restrictions:
The services offered by La Vista doo are not subject to customs regulations or export restrictions, except in the case of special regulations of the countries from which the service users come. Clients are obliged to check the specific regulations of their competent authorities if applicable.
8. Codes of conduct:
La Vista doo operates in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Accommodation Rental Services. Information about the codes can be viewed electronically on the company's official website.
9. After-sales service and warranty conditions:
Since La Vista doo offers accommodation rental services, additional after-sales services, such as servicing or replacement of parts, are not applicable. In case of complaints about the quality of the accommodation, the client is obliged to immediately inform La Vista doo, so that appropriate measures can be taken.
10. The buyer's right to terminate the contract (Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act):
The client has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act:
The deadline for terminating the contract is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The right to terminate the contract is excluded in the event that the service has already begun or has been fully performed before the expiration of the termination period with the client's prior consent.
The client is obliged to submit a request for termination of the contract in writing.
In the event of termination of the contract, La Vista doo will refund the paid funds within 14 days of receiving the request.
11. Complaints and refunds:
Complaints related to the accommodation rental service must be submitted in writing during the stay or immediately after the end of the service.
La Vista doo reserves the right to verify the validity of the complaint.
In case of justified complaints, the client is offered a refund or a replacement accommodation service of the same or higher standard.

Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use
La Vista Suites undertakes to provide protection to customers' personal data, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about the use of the collected data, regularly gives customers the opportunity to choose about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of La Vista Suites and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

La Vista Suites uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Monri WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that Monri WSPay has. Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection during registration and data transfer.
